Requirements
- Rooms
- 2 bedroom (master and guest)
- 1 Shared Office
- 1 Living Room (Light airy, TV not main focus)
- 1 Media Room (To house comfy sofa and 100" TV) (Min 10 x 12 ft)
- 2 Full Bathrooms (Shower only in en-suite, bath in primary)
- Mechanical room (Separate closet for server rack/media enclosure)
- Mud room
- Laundry Room (With large sink)
- Kitchen with medium sized breakfast nook (Seats 4, but can expand to 6 when hosting)
- Screened porch area
- Master bedroom and living room (Lots of windows) should be on the back of the house
- Outdoor space has linked together areas (eg, patio, fire pit, hot tub etc)
- Prefer a 10 foot ceiling
- Crawl space must be fully encapsulated (With access from only inside the house)
- Not lattice windows (Picture window in US?)
- Kitchen - Preferably galley, but would also accept an triangle (Optimised for cooking efficiency)
- Master bedroom
- Walk in closet big enough for both our clothes, shoes, etc
- En-suite must has double vanity
- Bedroom should be oversized (Will have Bed, dresser and nightstands only)
- Wall for head of bed must not have a window
- Must be able to make pitch black and silent
- Front Door
- Nice oversized front door
- Covered front door area (But don't want a whole front porch)
- Both like the idea of a side entry to the house
- With an area for delivery to be sigh obscured from the road
- Foyer (Entry from front door)
- Prefer not to enter directly into a giant room
- Have some small organisation stuff for guests (coat-hooks etc)
- Tiled floor (Victorian cool designs?)
- Car port
- To fit 2 cars side-by-side
- Would prefer it to be linked to the house
- Could also double as a covered walkway to a detached garage/workshop
- 3 Car Garage
- Space to be divided between mechanical space and woodwork/craft space
- Storage loft
- Must be insulated
- Office
- Is a shared space so must be large enough for both of us
- Leave additional space for new hobbies (Sim rigs?)
- Metal room on all buildings
- Large overhangs on roofs to protect siding and prevent sun from hitting glass and heating home
- Fireplace not wanted
